stock record contains:
12 periods of parts movement history and costs.
Up to 9 volume sales price or
discount structures can be used for parts per item.
OEM discount code.
A text file to record any
amount of description or specification on the item.
Alternate stock code pointer.
Supersession and Precedence
part pointers.
Bin location, item details eg.
Unit size, quantity, type and weight.
Re-order criteria eg. Lead
time, minimum quantity, periods to average, on order, etc.
History this period and year
to date. Automatic
back order on sales with back-to-back
purchase order creation to your supplier as: Stock, Warranty or VOR
order. Sales
via Trade/Retail counter, internal (to Workshop Service system), and van
delivery are supported. Paper
trails include, picking lists, delivery advice, returns, and invoicing
on delivery or periodic batch process. Stock
items may be batched together to form kits and invoiced as one part. ie
"B" Service Kit (6 items held under one number). A
full audit trail is supplied of parts stock received and issued in
batches. This may be printed on demand and reset as required. Suppliers
may recorded as normal with facility to hold two alternative sources per
part item. Reporting
and listing functions provide Stock take listings and valuations. The
system may be integrated to the Sales ledger to produce invoices and
provide automated posting to the ledger. All
parts and materials may contain a Nominal code for automatic Nominal
analysis. |
