Maintenance
Used
to manage Scheduled Servicing, Repairs and Breakdowns of externally
maintained vehicles. A
central "Call Control" screen provides a visual display of
Calls Logged, Active Calls and Completed Work. Enquiries of Vehicle
Details, Specifications, Expenditure, and Service History can be made
before producing an order. This includes a review of any order
outstanding. All the required vehicle
details are displayed quickly and in a logical fashion. The
Purchase Order process provides VMRS code entry and comments for
breakdown or technical notes. Each order has controls for the number
items/amendments with user spending limits and estimation of each
item/amendment until the order is closed. This provides control
over repairs and costs. Purchase
orders may be integrated to the Purchase Ledger forming the input
document on the arrival of the Suppliers Invoice. Optional
integration to a Nominal Ledger provides pre-coding for automatic
Nominal analysis. The
module links with the Fleet Accounting module to provide a complete
'Whole Life Cost Analysis'. Comprehensive
Vehicle Maintenance Records.

Dimensions: Body, Overall, and
Apertures
Chassis Number,

Key Numbers,
Radio Codes,

Ancillary Files eg. Tow-bars,

be used in conjunction with Internal Workshop Service system. Vehicle
serviceability checks
(Safety Inspection, Service, MOT and Road Tax) are made on Vehicle
Return and on Collection. Optional
